Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
Hired a plumber in akron ohio for rental property. He showed up 38 minutes late and did not work. He's charging me 129.00 for showing up. Do I have to pay this?

I think it would depend upon whether you agreed with the plumber (either in writing or orally) for a fee for him to go to the site and inspect.
