if I own a home that is in the courts for tax foreclosure can I still legally collect rent

In Ohio, so long as you have the right to possession of the home, you can rent it out to someone else. Once your right to possession is taken away from you than renting it out to someone else would subject you to civil liability and possible criminal liability.
