In Ohio, if the lease agreement is silent on the subject of how your employees can dress, then the landlord cannot unilaterally change the lease agreement by adding in new conditions. But if you do not yet have a lease agreement or if the lease agreement is soon to be up and you are neogtiating a new lease, then the landlord is free to impose whatever conditions that the two of you agree upon. If you can't agree, then you may have to start looking elsewhere for space.
