Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
My landlord and his attorney friend filed fraudulent documents in court,and I have proof,what recourse do I have?I live in Ohio.

in Ohio, it depends upon what the fraudulent documents are. if they were material to the case, in other words, they determined the case or some very important aspect of it then you can bring it to the attention of the court through a civil rule 60b motion. if the court agrees with you, then the court can reverse its previous decision based upon those documents.
but if the documents were peripheral to the case and did not really have an effect upon the outcome then the 60 B motion would not be granted. you could also bring the matter up with your local county or city Bar Association.
