Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
Landlord in forecolsure
I'm current renting a house and have found out that the landlord is being foreclosed on. Suddenly his brother calls and says he is going to pick up the appliances from the house even though we still have a month on the lease and then we go month to month. Do we have to let his brother take the appliances and do we have to be out of property soon?

No, you do not have to let the brother take the appliances; and, no, you do not have to leave until you've been ordered to do so by a court.
