Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
My landlord refuses to return my deposit. I am thinking of taking her to small claims court. I had been paying to have one dog, but got another dog during my time renting from her. She is threatining to countersue for the amount of the other dog. Can she do this?
