Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
my landlord is sueme for past rent he says I owe but i dont because he said that it was ok because i was pregnant my lease was verbal agreement and i dont know what to do.His home i was at was unfit for a child so I had to move I told him this he said ok. no he is sueing me
