Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
is there a law that will allow me to break my rental agrrement on my apartment due to i ma being transferred to another location which is over an hour away. the transfer will allow me to gain more hours in a week and i will be able to get insurance due to my hours being sufficient.

Unless there is a lease clause allowing you to get out if you relocate, there is no law that I know of in Ohio allowing you to use work relocation as a way to get out ot a lease agreement.
