Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
Getting Out Of Lease
I have a roach problem that the landlord has tried to fix twice and we still have the problem. Is this sufficient reason to terminate the lease?

Re: Getting Out Of Lease
It could be but I would need more facts. Specifically I would need to know what your lease says and how bad the problem is.
If your landlord does not want to cooperate then I suggest you contact an attorney. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation or if you would like my assistance further.
I would love to help.
