Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

What are my legal rights as a tenant who has to deal with extremely loud and disrespectful people above me? I have filed several complaints with management including a written complaint but nothing has been done to reslove the issue other than management telling them to keep the noise down, but it has only gotten worse.

I am sorry about your situation. If the noise is to the point that you cannot enjoy living there then you are allowed to break your lease. If the landlord gives you any trouble with this then you would need to get an attorney to advocate for your rights.
