Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

The legal tenant of one of our properties died , and she has 20 relatives living in the unit not on the lease. How can we get rid of them. Can we file criminal trespassing charges against them or do we have to evict? Cincinnati Ohio

Without knowing more details, it would appear that you need to file an eviction proceeding. Criminal trespass is completely different, and might not get the result you need. You should consult with a local attorney in Cinci and start the eviction process with a statutorily required three day notice to vacate.
