Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

I live in Arizona and need an attorney to represent me in a civil case (to collect back rent due) in Canton Municipal Court in front of a magistrate on June 17, 2015.

I can help you with that. I would need to look at the documents first though to make sure that the amounts you are seeking make economic sense to hire an attorney to pursue. The last thing you want to do is pay an attorney more than the job is worth and then not be able to recover anything if the guy is uncollectible.
