Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I live in ohio and rent an apartment. Our landlord sent a contractor to our apartment to do repairs. He showed up unannounced the day after christmas and was quite unprofessional and surly because we werent prepared for his arival. Long story short he was to call me to let me know when he was to arrive and failed to do so. When i raised this point he got mad and left. Now my landlord is demanding that i leave my apartment when he comes back. Is it legal for her to demand i leave my home while repairs are made?

In addition to not having to leave you have to have 24 hours notice for non emergency situations when they want to come into your home.
