Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

I have been living with my parents for over 6 months now, my daughter and I moved in here in June of 2009. I am 7 months pregnant, my daughter is 3 years old and I was just married a few days ago. My husband and I are looking for a place of our own right now. My mom and I can not get along, she tries to control everything. I have a key to the house, I have mail coming here, I even have a cell phone bill in my name coming here for wireless internet. I get WIC and the food card, which is how I help out around here since I am not working. I pay my own bills, my cell phone, wireless internet, car insurance, and I provide my own needs like shampoo, tooth paste, laundry detergant, and so on. I am not on the lease to their rent agreement, but the landlord knows I have been living here since day one, and he okayed it. Well now my mother is trying to force me to leave and keeps threatening to call and have the landlord tell me to get out and she says he won't need to take me to court to evict me. Is this true? Is she able to make me just pack my things and leave the same day or does the landlord have to go through an eviction process since I've been here over 6 months and have mail and a key to the house?

If you are subletting from your mother then either she or the landlord can evict you by going through the proper court eviction process. I assume they would have to give you a 30 day notice that they are not renewing your month to month tenancy followed by a 3 day notice to vacate prior to going to court.
