In Ohio, what happens next is that the landlord will apply for a writ of restitution. This will be posted on your door and it will tell you how long you have to get out. If you stay beyond that point, the landlord can file for a praecipe for set out and meet the bailiff at the rented premises with a locksmith and a work crew and change the locks and set your belongings out.
