Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I own my mobile own but rent a lot. Landlord says I have to sign a waiver of liability for insurance because he wants to cut some trees down. If I dont sign he will evict me.

In Ohio, if your lease agreement does not require you to sign such a waiver, then that will not be a basis for the eviction. But you will want to carefully document all your future dealings with the landlord from then on as they might make up stories about you which, if beleieved by a court would subject you to an eviction.
