Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
We just purchased an old school building that has 30 tenants who rent space and run businesses out of the old classrooms. There is one tenant who has been there for 2 years, refuses to sign a lease or any rental agreement but is willing to pay. She changed the locks on 2 doors of which we do not have a key to. What can we do to evict her?
