Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

I have never received a copy of the signature page of my commercial lease displaying both my signature and the landlord's. I only have the original page with my signasture on it. I have asked for a copy of this on two separate occasions and have not received it. I have been abiding by this lease for three years now. But my concern is-do I actually have a lease?

In Ohio, leases can arise in three ways, by signed writings between the parties, by oral agreement between the parties, or by the actions of the parties. Even if the landlord never signed his copy of the lease agreement, if he tried to kick you out claiming that there is no lease agreement, you can show the court your copy and point to the transfers of rent you pay every month to the landlord which are exactly as they are set out in the lease agreement and your possession of the premises and I think that it would be difficult for the landlord to argue that point further.
