Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

we rent an apartment we have been there over a year we have had all kinds of problems with sewage back up flooding of such and it happened again last night then the people were sent out to try doing something they said they knocked on door yelled thru window and called but yet we failed to hear all of the above the next thing we know he comes this lady and man into our bedroom where my husband and i were naked in bed few more minutes would of been even worse we told landlord about it and said we were moving out is there anything we should know about this we have no lease anymore since over yr we just want to know what are rights
