Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I rented a condo in myrtle beach for 2 weeks starting June 30th. It is ocean front. I received an email from the relator that they have to move me to another unit 2 blocks form the beach. My daughter has arthritis and Lupas. She can not do alot of walking and she has a sun allergy that she has to go in and out of the room when she breaks out. Being 2 blocks from the beach wont work for us and they said there is nothing they can do? Do they have to put me in the same kind of unit I rented because of her medical condition?
