Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I rented a place with a friend my name was never on the lease but my friend never moved in. i have lived in this place for one month and the landlord said i had to be out in one day. the landlord said i was a squatter and had no legal rights. can he legally make me leave without a eviction? i live in norwalk, ohio
