Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

Short Summary: I signed a one year lease and moved into an apartment January 1st 2010. Beginning January 4th, I discovered full grown and nymph sized German Cockroaches in my kitchen and bathroom. I contacted the property manager, who refused to send an exterminator for 3 weeks (when they normally come to the complex). After treating three weeks later, the cockroaches did not go away. I contacted the manager once again, she sent the same exterminating company a week later. They did the same treatment (gel and bait traps). The cockroaches did not go away, yet continued to grow in population and location. I contacted the manager again, a week later she sent the same company to do the same treatment to the entire building (the other apartments in the building). Again, the cockroaches did not go away. At this point it seems like all the manager is willing to do is continue the same unsuccessful treatment. In the meantime, my kitchen and bathroom continue to house cockroaches. I want out of my lease. Is there a legal way for me to do this without paying the fine of breaking the lease?

Thanks for any and all help
