Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I signed a 12 month lease for my apartment in January 2017. Today I have a notice that my lease is up and to come sign another lease and they are raising my rent. Is this legal? Can a property manager void out a written signed lease?

The facts you have given would mean that you have a valid 12 month lease, and what they are proposing cannot be done - UNLESS you are in breach of your current contract, OR the contract contains language that allows for such a change.
