Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
hello. my son and fiance just had their first baby... they live 5 hours away from family.. he has a chance to get a job closer to home.. they cant afford to live 5 hours away and need help with baby.. is there any way they can get out of their lease being he has a job offer ? someone told us if they give a 30 day notice and tell landlord he is getting a job elsewhere that they might honor this..is there any truth to this being his has a job opportunity ... please help... thank you
