Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

This may sound petty but my roommate wants possibly sue me over this. My roommate, his girlfriend moved in to an apartment about five months ago. From the start we agreed to do the dishes and place the dishes in the dishwasher. This went well up until the past month and a half. They would just leave dirty dishes in the sink and let them sit there over night sometimes even a day until I came along and started washing them. I have been making comments about their habits hoping they would pick up on them. The comments being "make sure you do the dishes this time." However this past weekend, my roomates girlfriend made breakfast and was watching tv all day and left her dirty dishes in the sink and all over the stove. When I got home that evening I started to wash them when she stated "oh you don't have to do those, I will later." I made the comment, "it's okay you are clearly to busy to place your dishes in the dishwasher." After my roommate came back his girlfriend told him and he texted me saying I am making a "hostile living environment and that he is going to sue me." My roomate is currently on his last semester of paralegal studies and going to lay school this spring. I have no clue about the law and wanted to know if he actually did in fact have grounds to sue me over this. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

In Ohio, even if such conduct were to give rise to a recognizable claim for relief, what would be their damages? I don't think you have much to worry about. But I would move on to different living arrangements as soon as you can
