Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
If I've been stuck at my apartment for hours because the landlord hasn;t had anyone come out to plow the snow, and I shovel the whole thing by hand (took four hours to do it), how do I get compensated for that? The night before we paid someone to come out and plow it and she said that wasn't our call, but we couldn't get out that night either.
