Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
My tenant advised me less then 30 days ago that she purchased a house and would be moving. Her one year lease is up in three months but she said she would honor the lease and pay the rent till the end of the agreement. She moved out in early August and did not pay rent till October as per the lease agreement. She is currently 18 days behind in payment for August. She will not answer her phone. I'm not sure if I can enter the rental at this point since I'm not sure she is completly moved out.

You can enter the rent if you need to do maintenance or check on something. If she won't answer the phone then she is likely trying to avoid paying. I would take legal action against her.
