If a tenant signs a one year lease, can the owner sell the property and break the lease?

In Ohio if the owner of real property encumbers that property with a lease agreement to a tenant and then sells the home, the new buyer will have to honor the lease agreement with the tenant since the new buyer can only purchase the legal rights that the seller has in the property.
