Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I am a University student living in an off campus house in Ohio. Recently, we had to call our landlord to fix a problem with our toilet overflowing. The landlord had to call a plumber, who in turn had to unclog one of our pipes that had become clogged by paper towels and tampons (I live in a house with 4 guys, we clearly didn't do this, but we do have parties with numerous females where this could have happened). Today, we received an invoice from the plumber that was forwarded to us from our landlord. Are we responsible for this bill or is it our landlord's obligation?
