Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I don't have a written rental agreement with my landlord. Part of the ceiling is falling in, half the outlets stopped working, and the plumbing leaks. He won't fix any of it. I've called the local housing authority who directed me to call the health department which won't return my phone calls! Who do I complain to and what are my rights?
