Can a person submit evidence in a medical case after the deadline i just got a new dx that i did not have before that will support my case even more.

You should have an attorney and that attorney can file a motion asking the court to rule that the newly acquired evidence is relevant and should be admitted. As for mediation, there is no restriction on what evidence you present. Where is your lawyer?
