How can I get hospital records to see if things were done correctly?

i can subpoena them immediately...

you or i could write a letter to the hospital for them....

or you could go directly to the hospital and order them....

the hospital will charge you for the copies...

a lawyer can get those records and forward them to a doctor who would review it....ultimately you need some doctor to conclude something was done wrong...

when you have that, you can file...
