Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

Brain damage from fallen table

A year and a half ago, I was knocked unconscious by a fallen table at a large restaraunt. Just recently I received an EEG at the request of my nurologist due to my severe Migranes and numbness of my right arm and many other problems. The diagnosis was damage to the left side of my brain from the table shot, un repairable. The meds they have to put me on will make me seem ''dumb'' and unable to process info quickly.

How strong of a case do I have here? I have a lawyer but just seeking other advice for my on my own behalf.

Re: Brain damage from fallen table

I'm hesitant to give advice when you are represented. It appears you have a valid case that you are pursuing. The strength of it will depend upon your doctors diagnosis, the strength of the claim for liability, and your ability to testify at trial/deposition about your injuries and how they've affected your life and will affect you in the future. Consult with your attorney on these matters. He/she will be the first best source of information on how strong your case is. Good Luck!
