Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio
dental implant gone bad
Before a dental implant, I had a sinus augmentation and a bone graph on 08-01-2006. I was given a local, and to this day, the left side of my mouth and lips are still numb, and has limited feeling. I was told that I may have this for life, but was not told about this beforehand.
Thanks

I would want you go see another Doctor who specializes in anesthesia (sp?). You will ultimately need to find a fix for it. In the process of doing so, you could use these Doctors to determine if the original people did commit malpractice. Ultimately you need an expert to say somebody messed up. If they did, you could have a big claim. For that reason, you need a lawyer now, who might even be able to find the right doctor for you.
