do i have a case aginst a lab for misdignoisis , i was told i had cancer for over 2 years now, had same test ran a diffrent hosiptal , theyall came back negitive, have gone thru scopes and other things, no cancer

Improper diagnosis of cancer may very well be malpractice. If you are even considering a claim for your damages you should speak directly to an attorney experienced in these types of cases as soon as possible.
