Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

Disabled due to childbirth at an AFB

I am currently 60%disabled from the birth of my son at an AFB. I have since been discharged due to a hardship. My condition has become worse since I got out and now I can no longer have children. The RO denied my increase of disability. Is there a way you can sue the federal government after you've been discharged?
