Unless you can prove through your current doctor that the delay in treating the bacterial infection has caused you any harm you do not have a claim. It is unfortunate that you were not treated for 15 days and had to go to another doctor but unless you can show that the outcome was different in terms of the infection not being treated timely you most likely do not have a case. There was a delay but no resulting damages and therefore no malpractice. Hope this helps answer your question.
