Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

If I live in Ohio but I had a surgery done in florida and that is where the doctor is located, where do I need to file a lawsuit and get an attorney from?

If the surgery occurred in Florida and the doctor is also located there, you will need to bring your lawsuit in Florida.
