Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio
Malpractice
To make a long story short. My Dad had a cancerous pallop removed 1 1/2 years ago by his Dr. We were told he needed colonoscopys every 6 months. Dad went to his appointments and the Dr. refused to do them. He said he did not need them. Shortly after his 1 year appointment a large cancerous tumor was found. And the cancer had spread to his liver. My Dad is now dying from Cancer. Do we have a lawsuit and what would we ask for. Our Families main concern is that this Dr. is killing people by neglect and is costing others what he is costing us.

as you have described this is malpractice.....but the statute of limitations is one year....which can be real tricky in your case....
