Re: accident

The person who caused the accident is responsible for any damage to your vehicle and any injury to you. If you were not given a ticket for driving under suspension and were not hurt enough to go to the doctor, you may not want to pursue the claim-you could end up with a ticket.

It will not cost you anything to call and talk to an attorney before you decide what to do. I have been helping injured people for over 30 years. I will be happy to talk to you. No cost or obligation.

Good Luck

Re: accident

The fact that you were driving under suspension would you not preclude you from recovering for your injuries. If you have any questions, please contact me to discuss further.

Re: accident

If the other party was at fault, yes.

It is likely that you will still be cited for driving under suspension, but that will have little effect, if any, on the injury claim. Contact me if you have any further questions. 216..227..0900.
