Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio
Auto Accident
I was in an accident where i was not cited. I hired and attorney for me my son and passenger. After some discussion my attorney choose to withdraw from me and my sons case because he said our injuries were not ''bad'' enough. Now he wants to me say that i waive all rights to conflict for him to repersent my passenger so that they can sue my insurance company. I do not know how this works and want to know if this is something i should do or not. I do not have a good feeling about this. I was NOT at fault and it is not my problem the other insurance company only wants to pay 30% of my passengers medical bills. Do I need to hire another attorney and should I provide the other attorney with this letter of waiver?

Re: Auto Accident
You should see an attorney before you sign a waiver. I don't know whether the attorney wants to assert a claim saying that you were negligent or wants to seek underinsured motorist coverage.
