Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Auto accident

A delivery truck backed-up onto my wife's

mini-van. Three of my children were

onboard, no one was hurt. Police did not

come to site because it was private

property. The driver and his manager

took advantage of my wife's nervousness

and asked her to sign something stating

that it was proceedure and was needed

for insurance purposes. Appparently it

was something that states they are not at

fault, so I was told. What can I do to get

my vehicle repaired and compensated

for what I have already spent on some

repair?
