Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

billing issues
I was represented by an attorney for auto accident which was settled in 2003. I am now receiving a bill for physical therapy which my attorney claimed was taken care of. I am having an extremely difficult time contacting my attorney because he has since moved to another office and his pager has been disconnected. I have tried multiple attorney directory sites to find him but many have no information or his old information. I am now told by the physical therpay office that I need to pay out of pocket or be sent to collections. I did talk to my attorney a couple of months ago(when his pager was still working) and he told me not to worry and he would take care of it right away. Well that was in May and I have been unable to reach him . Please help. I have even tried to Ohio Bar Association website and they have his old info. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
