Breaking wind in the Workplace

I would like to know is there a law against Breaking Wind, picking nose in the Workplace. I'm serious a co-worker of mine has been doing this for a number of years. I did not want to believe it, but when I started working with this idividual a year ago I now am witnessing and experiencing this for myself.

I have reported this behavior to my Managers,but they refuse to deal with it.

Please advise

Go to human resources dept. If none, you may have an ability to file a criminal complaint.
