Re: car accident

You know yourself and your body better than anyone. Reasonable is subjective... if you think it's fair, then it's fair.

Keep in mind, however, that there is a reason why insurance companies want to settle claims quickly and early. They lead to lower settlements. Depending on the damage to the car, whether you sought any treatment, if the Ambulance was called, etc. will depend on the fairness of the settlement.

I would need more information before being able to really determine if that's enough to settle.

Re: car accident

If you did not go to the doctor for treatment and you are not still feeling the effects of the injuries, then the settlement may be acceptable but keep in mind, once you settle, you cannot ask for more even if you find out that you have a more serious injury later on.

When was the accident? How much damage was there to your car? Did you get medical care?

These are just some of the questions that I would want answers to in order to help you with this one. Give me a call and I will be happy to discuss this in more detail. No charge or obligation for the call!

Good Luck!
