Car accident
I was rearended they took liability for the accident. I did go to the er to make sure I was ok. They offered to pay damages to the car and 250.00 for my pain and suffereing, Is that a low ball figure? I told the claim adjuster I felt it wasnt a fair amount, what would be?

If you were recently in the motor vehicle accident, I would advise you not to accept any settlements until you know that you are not going to have any injuries related to the motor vehicle accident. Sometimes, injuries do not appear right away. Did they pay for the medical bills related to the ER? You should talk with an attorney and tell him or her all of the facts before you sign anything.
