Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio
If I own a car and someone else give a person to drive it without my knowing about it ,Am I responible for a accident they had.

Since you were not the driver, you did nothing negligent and you personally could not be responsible for the accident. However in certain circumstances your INSURANCE COMPANY might provide coverage for the damages caused by the accident. However, if the person driving the car did not have the permission of the owner to drive the car the driver is considered a "non-permissive driver" and there would not be any insurance coverage for the accident. If you have insurance I do suggest you report the accident to your insurance company as soon as possible.
