Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Do we have a case? What kind of lawery am I looking for?

My husband was assulted by a guy that was clearly drunk. It was all caught on video tape at the place that we were playing pool at. He was arrested and charged. The man smashed two full glasses of beer on my husbands face (he came from behind) and my husband has sustained some pretty bad injuries to his face, neck and ear. I am wondering if we have a case to sue this guy for what he did. Thanks for any help in advance.

Your husband should have a solid claim against the person who attacked him. The question may be- does the guy have any assets to go after. If you sue him will you be able to collect!

You may want to consider whether or not the bar owner has any responsibility. Was the person who hit your husband drunk? Was he obviously drunk and being served more drinks anyway?
