Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

After a Deposition

Hi everyone,

An EEG test showed permanent brain damage from a table that fell and smashed into my neck head at a large well known retail company. My husband and I have just finished the deposition with the retail place`s attorney. I have to take Zonegran, Tylenol 3, and Imiprimine every night for the rest of my life and Axcert, Immitrex, if the other meds fail to stop the migranes. If I go off of them, the horrible migranes come back and so do the ''Blank Out'' seizure episodes, I am scared. What happens now since we just finished the deposition? Are we close to finishing? They said they do not want this in court, the retail place did, and they have accepted full negligence and full responsibility for my permanent injuries.

Re: After a Deposition

I assume you are represented by an attorney and these types of questions should be asked of him or her. It is difficult for me to tell you exactly what will happen next and not knowing who your lawyer is or the jurisdiction you are located in or the particulars of your case it would be impossible for me to tell you what to expect next. I encourage you to have this conversation with your lawyer and ask him to explain things to you. Good luck.
