Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio
what could of happen if you've rear-ended someone you know in someone else's car an neither one of them have DL. but you do?

It all depends on whether the other car is insured and whether that insurance company will pay for your damages even if a non-licensed driver was driving it. As far as your concerned, if the other drivers insurance company doesn't pay for your damages (property and/or injury) then your insurance company should pay them. I need more specific information to give you a more specific answer. The fact that it happened in a driveway is irrelevant. If you have an injury you should call a personal injury lawyer. If you want to give me more info regarding the insurance situations I'll be glad to give you a more specific response.
